How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days . During busy periods, such as around Eid , delivery times may be slightly longer. Do you need your order sooner? Please contact us and we will be happy to look into the possibilities.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you can return your product within 14 days of receipt, as long as it is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. Please note : personalized products or items that are custom made cannot be returned.

Can I change an order after placing it?

Did you make a mistake or do you want to change something? Please contact us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp. If the order has not yet been processed, we can make the adjustment.

Yes, we offer custom designs for special occasions. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp to discuss options and delivery times.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code, which you can use to track your package.

What if my size is not available?

If your size is not available, you can contact us. In some cases, we can make a garment to measure or inform you when the size is back in stock.

What should I do if my product arrived damaged?

If your product arrived damaged, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with a photo of the damaged item. We will provide a quick solution, such as a replacement or a refund.

Do you also offer accessories, such as belts and shoes?

Yes, besides our kaftans and jellabas we also offer accessories such as traditional belts, hair clips and shoes. Check out our range on the website.
